Welcome to SAU 61, Farmington!

What's New at SAU 61?

THE STAYING OPEN PLAN (known in other districts as their REOPENING plan)

The Farmington School District accomplished a feat that many other districts did not during the 2020-21 school year: we remained in person with the exception of 8 days as a district. Our plan for the fall is attached, but the short version is that we will be
IN PERSON without RESTRICTIONS for the Fall
barring changes required by local conditions or emergency order.

The New Hampshire Department of Education wants to hear from you. The 603 BrightFutures Survey is an opportunity for you to have your voice heard. These surveys will gather actionable feedback around learning models, school climate, family and community engagement, and other topics in order to understand the successes and challenges of the recent school year and plan for the upcoming 2021-2022 school year. We have partnered with Panorama Education to support us with the 603 Bright Futures Survey. If you have any questions about the survey program, please reach out to Panorama at support+nhdoe@panoramaed.com

The 603 Bright Futures Survey is also how schools will gather their Special Education Family data in support of the NHDOE's federal reporting for Indicator 8. This year, all schools and families are eligible to participate.

The survey will remain open through the remainder of the month of June, closing on the 30th.

There are three survey options:

  1. Families in K-12, Preschool, and Private Schools (those who DO have students enrolled in New Hampshire schools—and there is a private school option here as well)

  2. Community Members (those who DO NOT have students enrolled in New Hampshire schools)

  3. Staff in Public and Private Schools
