Professional Development / Frontline Management

Professional development is one of the most important elements of learning in the Farmington School District. Whether learning about new and innovative teaching techniques, responses to interventions, integrating social emotional learning aspects, content area improvement, or pursuing a higher level degree, our teachers and staff partake in highlevel professional learning. 

License Renewal and Frontline Management Software

All teachers are required to renew their teaching credentials every three years. Frontiline management system is used by the District as way for teachers and staff to log their professional development, keep track of hours, and streamlines the process through less paperwork and the approvoal process. 

Professional Develoment Master Plan 

As of 2024 the District has approved the Professional Develpoment Masterplan for all employees. All employees are to be familiar with the requirements as part of thier professional duty.
